ive been working all week on my friend andrew's movie shoot for his schooling doing grip work. if you know anything about grip work, it isnt easy. in this case, i was responsible for moving/setting lights and silks and flags and arranging dolly shots and generally being the bitch of the director of photography (my friend andrew)
the whole thing wasnt a bad experience but was very very tireing. i slept for 19 hours last night, which is fine because i got up at 3am yesterday morning, after having finished shooting at 3pm the afternoon before and going to our next location and setting up till 10pm.
it was what i deem to be an aggressive project and an even more aggressive shooting schedule.
like i said, it was fun, but very tiresome
