so this is (obviously) a WIP, and my first real project with Manga Studio Debut 3 (which is specifically for drawing comics) . im liking how its coming together, although i wish i was doing it on a computer that could handle more in terms of resolution. this is pretty much the largest image it can handle with the video card and ram it has in it, and not have it take a century to update/render

the idea stemms from a dream i had that i applied to a world that i like very much {that of naruto. been a fan for 7 years. though i admit, i didnt watch almost 2 years of the show because of fucking filler BS }
anyway, this guy is a rogue nin who recovered a lost suit of armor which uses its wearer as a vessel for a lesser demon that was banished from the living realm seventy years ago.
The armor itself is cursed to draw its wearer into near endless combat, but in exchange gives tremendous power at the expense of the wearer's life force. it dramatically strengthens the person, but also dramatically shortens their life. the endless battling causes further strain, as the more the its used the more it drains.
anyway, the armor itself is stored inside the wearer's Chakras (the gates that allow energy to flow through a persons body) and specific pieces can be called out by concentrating on specific chakras or specific needs.
only the mask is pictured here.

The young man who found the armor is fairly kind and somewhat aloof but very inteligent and tactically minded.
he also has a number of powerful techniques that dont require the armor to use, though they once did.
Because of the nature of the armor, his stamina in battle is relatively low, however, if he reaches the point of exhaustion, the armor is known to come out more/less of its own volition and use the wearer as its own body for a short time. its refered to as The Broken Swordsman, and is very powerful but also exceedingly dangerous for the wearer.
